Jack and Jill is a format of competition primarily in partner swing dancing, where the competing couples are the result of random matching of leaders and followers.

Dance formats vary along with styles of swing dance. Lindy Hop  J&J competitions are intended to test social dance skills, whereas fixed partner competitions test choreography and performance dance skills.
